Fine sizes (80-100) are ideal for ultra-delicate lace and tatting, medium sizes (40-60) for general crochet, and thick sizes (20-30) for faster, more voluminous work. Each size is 20 grams, but as the thread gets finer the bobbin length increases — size 20 ~160 m and size 100 ~366 m.
